The "Uchi Cafe × GODIVA Gateau Chocolat Noir" is a gateau chocolat filled with rich chocolate ganache, wrapped in an aromatic and smooth chocolate mousse. The chocolate sponge base is topped with a crispy fiantine (crumbled crepe dough baked into a thin layer).



The outside is a chocolate glaze. Inside the chocolate is a smooth chocolate mousse that melts in your mouth. You can fully enjoy the sweetness and richness that carefully melts on your tongue.


The chocolate sponge is layered with a layer of fiantine, which adds a pleasant crunchy and crispy texture and just the right amount of accent. The combination of the different textures of the glassage, mousse, fiantine, and sponge makes for a luxurious dish.
