: Gâteau chocolat dough made with French and Belgian chocolates is topped with a crunchy texture, rich and smooth chocolate cream, chocolate whipped cream, and whipped cream made with fresh cream from Hokkaido. The top is topped with a whipped cream mixture made from fresh cream.
