These roll cakes are made with rich chocolate cream with a rich aroma of cacao, a combination of French and Belgian chocolate, and gently flavored vanilla cream, wrapped in a moist chocolate sponge cake. To accentuate the taste and texture, a crispy fiancée (crepe dough spread very thin, baked, and crushed into small pieces) is encased between the cream, and the top surface is topped with cacao nibs. Chocolate-coated cocoa flavor puff filled with rich and bitter tasting chocolate cream made from a combination of French chocolate, Belgian chocolate, fresh cream, and other ingredients. It is topped with cacao nibs and almonds to accentuate the taste and texture. The price is 354 yen.
