At each Tonkatsu specialty store "Katsuya" (excluding some stores), the winter-only menu "Dashi Ankake Katsudon" is on sale. The sales period is about one month. It will end as soon as it runs out.

"Dashi Ankake Katsudon" is a menu where you can enjoy the change in taste by adding the spicy taste of wasabi and seaweed to the crispy cutlet with hot ankake scented with fluffy egg, bonito and kelp soup stock. You can choose between 80g (2.82oz) loin cutlet (plum) and 120g (4.23oz) loin (bamboo). If you set the tonjiru as a set, Katsuya's winter menu that warms you from the inside is completed.
