● How to make
Crumple the parchment paper, which is cut larger than the mold, and lay it in the mold.Put cream cheese in a bowl and mix until smooth. It's easy to use a hand mixer or blender. If you have a hard time, put it in a heat-resistant container and heat it in the microwave for about 30 seconds to make it softer and easier to mix.
Add granulated sugar and mix, then add eggs and mix.
Add the cream in several batches and mix. Sift the cake flour with a tea strainer and mix it gently with a rubber spatula.
Pour into a mold and bake in an oven preheated to 240 degrees for about 30 minutes. If you cannot raise the temperature to 240 degrees, adjust the baking time a little longer.
After baking, remove the rough heat and complete! If you cool the whole mold in the refrigerator overnight, it will become even more moist and rich.
