I tried "Banana Baum" from MUJI's "Sweets with less than 10g (0.35oz) sugar" series. It is a cake with a strong individuality, with the sweet and dense scent of tropical fruits rising from the moment the seal is opened.


The price is 120 yen (tax included), which is the easiest one in this series. The calorie is 138 kcal. The sugar is 6.4g (0.14oz). It's a small baum that fits on the palm of an adult's hand, but it's good to eat, and you can fill your stomach with just one cheek. Of course, you can cut it into small pieces with a knife and squeeze it a little.


We have reduced the amount of wheat and used soybean flour to reduce sugar, but thanks to the solid banana flavor, we are not so conscious of the taste of soybeans.
