The price is 150 yen (tax included) and the calories are 119 kcal. And the sugar is 8.1g (0.04oz). It is a baked confectionery that reduces the amount of wheat flour and uses soybean flour to reduce sugar.


It has a soft, sticky texture that resembles nougat, and is accented with the crispy texture of soybean puffs. Although it is firm and sweet, it has a refreshing aftertaste combined with the aroma of fruits.


The source of the strong odor reminiscent of the "apple brandy" of Western liquor is dried apple. It's finely mixed with the dough, and it doesn't have the texture of an apple, but you can enjoy the sweet flavor no matter where you bite it.
