Sake that has been slowly aged and fermented with alcohol at low temperature by adding wine yeast to the juice of Nanko plums from Wakayama prefecture. A fine blend of Kyoto Uji matcha. Alcohol content is 9%.


The beautiful green gradation is due to the settling matcha. Cool well before drinking, shake and pour into a glass.

The scent of plums tickles the nasal passages when the lid is opened. Even when you put it in your mouth, the soft plum flavor spreads softly. It is sweet and can be drunk like juice, but it claims that the heat that remains in the throat is alcohol.
