"Sencha Espuma Shaved Ice", which brings out the astringency of sencha, will be on sale from August 1st at the Japanese tea stand cafe "Hachiya" Sendagaya store.

"Hachiya" is a Japanese tea stand cafe with the concept of "rebuilding Japanese culture in the present age". We are particular about Japanese ingredients, such as Wasanbon for tea latte and white bean paste for smoothies. We also propose new ways to enjoy tea, such as cold carbonated tea made by adding carbon dioxide to sencha.


"Sencha Espuma's Shaved Ice" is the second of "Hachiya"'s first shaved ice menu. Kakigori made by sprinkling "sencha honey" on carefully shaved ice and covering the surface with fluffy "sencha espuma". On top of the espuma, the plump "sencha bavarois" is topped.


Not only can you enjoy the astringency and mellow sweetness unique to sencha, but you can also enjoy the change in texture in a single shaved ice. "Sweet potato bean paste" and "black boiled beans" are put in the ice, and you can enjoy the change in taste as you eat.

Limited sale from August 1st to 30th. The price is 880 yen (including consumption tax).
