The product combines the refined matcha ice with Yawamochi Ice's characteristic frozen soft mochi, to create a combination of shaved ice and mochi that is rare among shaved ice products on the market. The product represents "Japanese-style shaved ice" using matcha green tea, anko (red bean paste) and condensed milk, which are also popular in sweet shops.

This product is the third in a series of collaboration with Fukujuen, a long-established tea shop in Kyoto. The shaved ice is made of four layers of fine ice with Uji green tea supervised by Fukujuen, topped with mochi (rice cake), Imuraya-made tsubuan (sweet bean paste), and condensed milk sauce. The shaved ice has a refreshing taste that is perfect for summer.

Pure natural water ice (ice with high transparency, hardness, and resistance to melting) is finely shaved to give it a crispy, summery texture. The ice is softly aerated so that it passes easily through the spoon and has a refreshing taste.

The topping is made with five soft mochi. The use of shiratama (white bean) flour gives the mochi a sticky texture that goes down smoothly.

The product is 130 ml in volume and is priced at 162 yen (tax included). Available at mass merchandisers, supermarkets, convenience stores, and Imuraya web stores nationwide.
