"Shaved

Ice" Shaved ice will be available at Sukiya restaurants from 9:00 a.m. on June 20. It can be purchased as an after-dinner dessert or as a stand-alone item. To go is also available. The price is 330 yen each (tax included).

The lineup includes three flavors: Kakigori Crackle Cream Soda with Soda Syrup, Kakigori Ujikintoki Milk with Uji Green Tea Syrup, and Kakigori Strawberry Milk with Strawberry Syrup. Each is topped with a slightly sweet milk syrup, and an optional "additional syrup" can be added during the shave to give the shave a rich taste all the way to the last bite.

The ice whipped cream topping adds a milky texture to the shaved ice. You can enjoy the soft, melt-in-your-mouth texture and the gentle sweetness that makes you feel like taking a break.

Shaved ice with crackling cream soda and soda syrup

Sukiya "Shaved Ice Crackling Cream Soda with Soda Syrup"

A classic flavor of shaved ice with a refreshing soda syrup made with apple and lime juice. The shaved ice is topped with small yellow candies that crackle and pop in your mouth like carbonation. Colorful ramune (soda pops) are also added for an extra touch of color.

Shaved Ice Uji Kintoki Milk with Uji Green Tea Syrup

Sukiya "Shaved Ice Uji Kintoki Milk with Uji Green Tea Syrup"

Shaved ice with a flavorful syrup made from Uji matcha green tea. The mellow taste of matcha goes perfectly with the gently sweet whipped cream. This shaved ice is served with sweet red bean paste, which has a firm, grainy texture and a refined sweetness.

Shaved ice with strawberry milk and strawberry syrup

Sukiya "Shaved Ice: Strawberry Milk with Strawberry Syrup"

Both adults and children love this sweet and sour strawberry milk-flavored shaved ice. The slightly sour, frozen strawberries add an accent to the texture. You can enjoy the milkiness of the ice cream with gently sweetened ice whipped cream, or you can add sweet "extra syrup" to accentuate the flavor of the strawberries. You can enjoy it according to your taste.
