Japanese sweets using "warabimochi". Kuromitsu agar jelly is layered with red bean paste made by the Takumi-cooking method, and topped with in-house shiratama with a chewy texture, warabi mochi made from bracken starch, and whipped cream with a milky flavor.

・ Akagi Sweets Monaka Creamy Pudding 187 yen
