A new sensation butter sand that uses fermented butter and has a "crispy buttery" texture, caramel butter cream that uses two types of charred caramel, and crunchy canned almonds.

・Crispy butter sand strawberry 220 yen


A cookie dough made from fermented butter, sandwiched with sweet and sour strawberry butter cream containing strawberry pieces.

・ Strawberry shortcake & strawberry milk rape 395 yen


A combination of shortcake with strawberries and mille crêpes. The shortcake uses a refreshing cream. Mille crêpes are made by layering a mixed cream of custard on a crepe dough kneaded with almonds.

・ Banana crepe wrap with 3 kinds of fruits 320 yen


A custard cream containing vanilla beans is applied to a special crepe dough, sliced bananas are placed on it, and cream using Hokkaido milk and fresh cream is squeezed and wrapped. It is topped with kiwi, yellow peach and honey-pickled strawberries.

・ Chocolate mint bracken daifuku 130 yen


Daifuku is a cool and plump warabi mochi wrapped in refreshing mint cream and crispy chocolate chips.

・ Uchi Cafe Japanese Fruit White Peach 80ml (2.71us fl oz) 185 yen


An ice bar (frozen dessert) that uses a special white peach pulp sauce that was developed to reproduce the fresh taste of white peach. It is said that the puree and turbid juice, which are made by thoroughly straining the flesh, are used to give the peach a unique thickening.

・ Uchi Cafe Japanese Fruit Nanko Ume 80ml (2.71us fl oz) 185 yen


An ice bar (frozen dessert) that expresses the exquisite balance of acidity and sweetness of domestically produced Nanko plums. It features a soft and thick texture and a fruity and mellow scent reminiscent of plum wine.
