Enjoy the deliciousness of fruits that are about to enter the season
"Domestic Fruit Fair" will be held from April 26th at each Fujiya pastry shop. Fresh sweets using domestic fruits are appearing one after another.
The colorful "Kirarin Jelly of Domestic Fruits" will be on sale from the same day. Dice-cut domestic fruits (fresh strawberries, melons, pineapples, apples, and yellow peaches pickled in syrup) are lavishly served in a cup of jelly. The jelly has a lineup of three flavors: "tangerines & apples," "grape & apples," and "ramune." The price is 480 yen each (tax included, same below).

Two cakes made with juicy melon will be released on May 10th.

"Premium Shortcake (Higo Green Melon from Kumamoto Prefecture)" is a refreshing shortcake made by sanding melon pulp in two layers and decorating it with cut melon. The price is 480 yen.
"Kumamoto Prefecture Higo Green Melon Milky Cream Roll" is a roll of fresh Kumamoto Prefecture Higo Green Melon and milky cream wrapped in a melon-colored roll dough. The price is 1,400 yen.
And on May 17th, three cakes will be on sale.
"Kumamoto Prefecture Amanatsu Tart" with bright yellow flesh is made by layering lemon-flavored custard mousse on the tart dough and decorating it with Kumamoto Prefecture Amanatsu syrup. The price is 520 yen.
"Yamagata Prefecture Mochizuki Peach Melba" is made by layering peach jelly on a lemon-flavored custard mousse and decorating it with Yamagata Prefecture white peach "Mochizuki" pickled in syrup. The price is 520 yen.
The tropical flavor of "Okinawa Prefecture Pineapple Chiffon" is a cake filled with a light type custard cream containing Okinawa Prefecture pineapple sauce in a pineapple chiffon dough. Squeezed chantery cream and finished with Okinawan pineapple sauce. The price is 360 yen.
