Golden grilled sweet potatoes

Sweet potato 500g (for about 1 large size)
3 tablespoons of cake flour
3 tablespoons sugar
How to makePeel the sweet potatoes and cut into 2 cm squares.
Soak the cut sweet potatoes in water, put them in a pan, and pour enough water (not included in the amount). Boil on heat until soft.
Once the sweet potatoes are boiled, open them in a colander, put them back in a drained pot, shake them and heat them over low heat until the powder blows.
Put the heated sweet potatoes in a bowl and crush them roughly. Add flour and sugar, mix well, and when sticky, mold into a cylinder with a diameter of 6 to 7 cm. Cut into slices 1 to 2 cm wide (about 8 equal parts).
Heat the butter in a frying pan and bake the thighs you want to slice over low heat. Complete when both sides are browned!
What is its taste?The surface is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is moist and smooth. The richness of butter and the rich sweetness of sweet potatoes melt in your mouth, and it's insanely delicious!
There is also a slight bitterness that is unique to the part close to the skin, and the original taste of sweet potatoes is utilized. The mouthfeel is sweet potato, and the taste is the deliciousness of sweet potato itself (a little butter complements it).
