The popular "Taiwan Honey Imo Soft Cream" is now on sale at MINI SOF, a soft-serve ice cream specialty store of MINI STOP. The lineup also includes "Ishigakijima Beni Imo Soft Cream," "Ishigakijima Beni Imo Soft Cream Mix," and "Nomu Soft Cream Ishigakijima Beni Imo.

Taiwanese honey-imo soft serve ice cream

The most popular product in the history of MINI SOF, which sold more than 20,000 servings in three months last year, is back as an autumn/winter 2022 product. The "Taiwanese Honey Imo Soft Serve" is a combination of golden brown, fragrant, honey-rich baked sweet potato "Taiwanese Honey Imo" and our signature soft serve ice cream, making it a hot and cold treat. The hot, sticky-sweet baked sweet potato and the cool, refreshing soft serve ice cream meld together.


The in-store price is 490 yen, to-go 520 yen, and delivery 560 yen (same price including tax for both in-store and out-of-store, same price below). Prices vary due to different specifications of dry ice, packaging, etc.

Ishigaki Island Beni Imo Soft Mix

Soft ice cream using beni-imo, a specialty of Okinawa Prefecture. 100% Okiyumemurasaki produced in Ishigaki Island is used. The mix contains brown sugar and Ishigaki salt, both produced in Okinawa. Ishigaki salt is a registered trademark and is manufactured by "Ishigaki no Salt Co. Price: 430 yen.

Nomu Soft Ice Cream Ishigaki Island Beni Imo

Ishigakijima beni-imo soft serve mixed with Hokkaido's specially selected milk and ice, topped with unsweetened whipped cream. Rich flavor with the natural sweetness of the red sweet potato. You can enjoy the change in flavor all the way to the end by mixing the whole mixture with a straw. Price: 530 yen.
