Chocolat sweets for cherry blossom viewing that incorporate Japanese ingredients under the theme of "Sakura" and "Matcha". It is sold in a special case.


Matcha is made up of 5 layers: matcha sponge cake, gyuhi mochi, rich matcha ganash, matcha white chocolate mousse, and matcha powder. Tsuji Riichi Main Store Matcha (76% of Matcha) is used, and it seems that you can enjoy a bittersweet and elegant taste.

The cherry blossoms are made up of five layers: fragrant chocolate sponge cake, gyuhi mochi, chocolate ganache, chocolate mousse, and chocolate chips kneaded with cherry blossoms and leaves. Chocolate is a delicious dish.
