Marugame Seimen "Spring Solid Beef Festival"

At the Marugame Seimen roadside store, the "Spring Guttsuri Beef Festival" will be held from March 12th (excluding some stores). For a limited time until mid-April, the popular menus "Beef Suki Kamatama" and "Meat Udon" will be available.

Beef Sukiyaki Kamatama is a dish where you can enjoy plenty of beef finished with sweet and spicy sukiyaki sauce, entwined with chewy boiled noodles and eggs. The meat is baked after the order is placed and is soft and hot. In addition to making it mellow with eggs, you can also enjoy changing the taste by adding shichimi or soy sauce. It is also recommended to put meat and eggs on rice and make it into a "gyudon". Prices start at 690 yen (tax included, same below).

On the other hand, the meat udon is the standard "kake udon" with plenty of beef and onions that are baked after the order is placed. It seems that the umami of beef and onions is brought out under the special warishita for meat udon. Enjoy the umami of tender beef and the sweetness of onions. The price starts from 590 yen.
