・ Uchi Cafe x Hattendo Kasuta Do Strawberry Roll Cake
A roll cake inspired by the popular custard and strawberry cream pan at the long-established Japanese confectionery shop "Hatendo". Wrap custard cream in a moist sponge cake and top with sweet and sour strawberry sauce. The price is 210 yen (tax included, same below).


・ Uchi Cafe x Hattendo Kasuta Do Ichigo Daifuku
Daifuku is inspired by the popular cream pan in Hattendo. A mochi dough made from Habutae flour from Niigata prefecture, wrapped with custard cream and a whole strawberry. The price is 185 yen.


・ Strawberry Mont Blanc
Mont Blanc with strawberry milk mousse and strawberry jelly on strawberry sponge dough and squeezed strawberry cream. The top surface is topped with dried fruit strawberries (strawberry pieces) to add an accent to the texture. The price is 295 yen.
