Simply bake 6P cheese and simmer in sukiyaki sauce. Introducing a very delicious "Sukiyaki Loppi" recipe.

Sukiyaki sauce for 4 people 300g (10.58oz) of thinly sliced beef
1 to 2 green onions, 1 yaki-dofu, 1/4 Chinese cabbage
If you like, add other ingredients such as shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, garland chrysanthemums, and shirataki noodles.
How to make
Heat a pan (fluororesin-processed), place 6P cheese in the center, and lightly bake both sides for 1 minute each.
Arrange the meat around the 6P cheese and add the sukiyaki sauce after lightly baking.

Bring the meat aside, add the rest of the ingredients and simmer over low heat to complete!


What's the taste?
You can eat the cheese soaked in sweet and spicy sauce as it is, or you can eat it with meat and vegetables. The richness of the cheese makes the sauce mild, so you can enjoy it mellowly without entwining the eggs.
● The shime is melted cheese
At the end, use melted cheese and squeeze it with "Cheese Sukiyaki Risotto".Add an appropriate amount of rice to the remaining sauce and let it boil for a while, then add the whole melted cheese. When the cheese melts, put it in a bowl and you're done! If the dripping is too thick, add water to dilute it.


It has a "mochi" stretch that was not found in 6P cheese, and is often entwined with rice. Naturally good! If you like cheese, give it a try.
