6P Cheese
"Sukiyaki Loppies" Recipe
Ingredients (for 4 servings
) The recipe is based on Snow Brand's recipe.1 box (6 pieces) of 6P cheese
Sukiyaki sauce for 4 servings
300g (10.58oz) thinly sliced beef
1-2 spring onions
1 piece grilled tofu
1/4 Chinese cabbage
Add other ingredients as desired, such as shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, crown daisies, shirataki mushrooms, etc.
Preparation Method
Heat a pan (fluoroplastic coated), place 6P cheese in the center and brown lightly for 1 minute on each side.Arrange the meat around the 6-pound cheese and brown lightly, then add the sukiyaki sauce.
Pull the meat to the side, add the rest of the ingredients, cook over low heat, and you're done!
How does it taste?
The cheese soaked in the sweet and spicy sauce can be eaten as it is, or snacked on with the meat and vegetables. The richness of the cheese makes the flavor of the sauce milder, so you can enjoy a mild taste even without the egg.The
final
dish is "Cheese Sukiyaki Risotto" using melted cheese.Add a little rice to the leftover sauce and bring it to a simmer, then add the whole melted cheese. When the cheese is melted, serve in a bowl. If the sauce is too thick, add water to thin it out.
The cheese has a "chewy" texture that 6-pound cheese does not have, and it goes well with the rice. Naturally, it is delicious! Cheese lovers should definitely give it a try.
