Ingredients (for 4 servings

1 box (6 pieces) of 6P cheese
Sukiyaki sauce for 4 servings
300g (10.58oz) thinly sliced beef
1-2 spring onions
1 piece grilled tofu
1/4 Chinese cabbage

Add other ingredients as desired, such as shiitake mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, crown daisies, shirataki mushrooms, etc.

Preparation Method

Heat a pan (fluoroplastic coated), place 6P cheese in the center and brown lightly for 1 minute on each side.


Arrange the meat around the 6-pound cheese and brown lightly, then add the sukiyaki sauce.


Pull the meat to the side, add the rest of the ingredients, cook over low heat, and you're done!
