When you want to make carbonara at home, it's a hassle to buy fresh cream. I think that many people substitute milk or eggs, but using "creep" makes it easy to make full-fledged carbonara!
● Materials
Click here for ingredients for 2 people. I refer to the recipe on the Morinaga official website.Creep 30g (1.06oz)
Milk 120ml (4.06us fl oz)
Spaghetti 160g (5.64oz) for 2 egg yolks
Bacon 50g (1.76oz)
Appropriate amount of salt Black pepper Appropriate amount Parmesan cheese Appropriate amount
● How to make
Add creep to the milk that has been warmed to the extent of human skin in the microwave and dissolve it.Add egg yolk and salt and mix well.
While boiling the spaghetti, fry the bacon cut to a suitable size in a frying pan heated with oil.
Put the boiled spaghetti in a frying pan with bacon. After mixing roughly, add the sauce made from milk, creep and egg yolk and mix quickly over low medium heat until thickened.
After adjusting the taste with salt, serve it on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper and parmesan cheese to complete it!
● What is the taste?
It's rich and delicious! The mellow creaminess and richness of the milk are firmly entwined with the pasta. Thanks to the creep, it has a little sweetness, so children will be happy to eat it. When an adult eats it, it's okay if you adjust the taste with salt and pepper! It will be richer and richer than milk alone, so if you have extra creep in your house, please try your home carbonara!
