Two new cold pasta products, "Cold Pasta with Tuna and Grated Daikon Plum and Aojiso Plum" and "Cold Pasta Carbonara with Prosciutto Ham," perfect for the hot and humid season, are available at FamilyMart from June 7 (except in Hokkaido and Okinawa Prefecture).

Among a wide variety of pasta sauces, these products feature a Japanese-style pasta with aojiso flavor, which is also suitable for the taste of cold pasta, and carbonara, one of the most popular pasta dishes, with thin noodles specially designed for cold pasta to create a unique Family Mart flavor. As in the past, the container for the cold pasta is made of environmentally friendly materials containing biomass plastic.

Cold Pasta with Tuna and Grated Daikon with Ume Plum and Aojiso

This cold pasta is made with thin noodles specially designed for cold pasta and topped with tuna, grated daikon, boiled egg, green leaves, and purple onion slices. Aojiso sauce with a hint of ume plum flavor is served separately. Olive oil is added to the sauce for a smooth texture and depth of flavor. Price: 498 yen (tax included).

Cold Pasta Carbonara with Raw Ham

Cold pasta with thin noodles specially designed for cold pasta, topped with prosciutto ham, broccoli, red and yellow peppers, and thinly shaved and powdered parmesan cheese. Carbonara sauce and a half-boiled egg are served separately. Priced at 498 yen (tax included).
