Mos Burger's "Tarekatsu Burger"
Hokuriku limited revival for the first time in 6 years

Limited to Hokuriku's Mos Burger, the "Tare Katsu Burger", which is based on the image of Niigata's famous Tare Katsu Don, will be revived. An event commemorating the 150th anniversary of the opening of Niigata Port, it will be on sale for a limited time from January 18th to early February.

Tare cutlet bowl is a bowl of freshly fried cutlet that is not bound with eggs, but is passed through a sweet and spicy soy sauce sauce and then placed on rice. Local menus loved by Niigata citizens.

The "Tare Katsu Burger" to be sold this time has shredded cabbage on top of two pork cutlets entwined with soy sauce, giving it a generous volume.

The sauce is based on bonito and kelp soup stock, and contains three types of soy sauce and fruit sugar, giving it a sweet yet refreshing taste. In addition, adding Japanese pepper as a secret ingredient makes it refreshing.
