The new tart "Himekan Beni Strawberry Tart from Ehime Prefecture" was released on December 26th at a limited store in Kirfebon.
This is a tart made with plenty of "Himekan Beni Ichigo" from Ehime prefecture. Himekan Beni Strawberries are characterized by a technique called "chills" that utilizes the cold of winter, aging in the cold, and a rich taste grown by a special cultivation method.
You can enjoy the harmony of the sweet and fruity taste of fresh strawberry pulp and the smooth butter cream that melts in your mouth.
There are four stores, Grand Maison Ginza, Aoyama, Grand Front Osaka, and Sendai. The price is 1,365 yen per piece and 12,960 yen for the hall (25 cm), both including tax.
