When the red meat is heated, the color becomes darker and the flavor peculiar to wild boar comes out. Also, compared to pork, it has more water, minerals, protein, and less fat.

The new menu of "Rice and Circus Takadanobaba" in Takadanobaba, Tokyo is "Zoni of wild boar" (1,180 yen, tax included, same below). This is a luxurious ozoni that uses various parts of wild boar meat generously, and it is said that the body warms from the core with a rich taste.

You can enjoy "Ino Ramen" (1,000 yen) at "Kinshicho, Sumida-ku, Rice and Circus Derby Street Store" in Kinshicho, Tokyo. The soup is made by boiling wild boar bones for 5 hours and carefully removing the lye. It is refreshing but rich and full of flavor. The toppings are char siu, pickled ginger, sesame seeds, and scallions that make the best use of the taste of wild boar.
