Tsukada Farm "Spring Hakuma Ice Cream Pistachio and Strawberry

Tsukada Noen has introduced "Spring Hakuma Ice Cream Pistachio and Strawberry" as a seasonal dessert. This menu item is a collaboration with Calbee's "miino soramame shio flavor" snack. The selling price is 540 yen (tax included).

Spring Hakuma Ice Cream Pistachio and Strawberry

This is one of Tsukada Farm's "Hakuma Ice Cream" series with flavors that change with the seasons. This spring, Hokkaido milk ice cream is combined with pistachio cream and the sweet and sour taste of strawberry fruit.

Tsukada Farm's Hakuma Ice Cream also features a slightly different appearance each time by using different ingredients. For the ears, Calbee's "miino soramame shio" flavor was used to create a beautiful mellow yellow color and a spring-like appearance.

The miino soramame shio flavor is made by deep-frying whole soramame and seasoned only with salt, giving it a crispy, light texture and rich flavor. The softly fragrant fava beans and gentle salty taste complement the milk ice cream.

In addition, as a campaign to commemorate the collaboration, customers who visit Tsukada Farm from April 25 will receive a limited number of 120,000 units of miino soramame shio flavor.
