Introducing a recipe for French toast using the "lunch pack (peanuts)" sold by Yamazaki Baking! I actually tried the recipe posted on the Yamazaki Baking official website "Yamaza Kitchen".
【material】
・ 1 bag of packed lunch (peanuts) ・ 1 egg ・ 80 ml of milk
・ 1 tablespoon sugar
・ A little vanilla essence ・ 1/2 banana ・ Appropriate amount of raisins ・ Appropriate amount of butter ・ Appropriate amount of nuts of your choice ・ Appropriate amount of cinnamon powder
■ How to make
1. Soak both sides of the packed lunch in a mixture of eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla extract.2. Melt butter in a frying pan and add packed lunch, sliced bananas and raisins. Slowly roast over low heat, and when it gets brown, serve it on a plate and add your favorite toppings such as nuts and cinnamon powder to complete it!
■ Plump and thick
When you cut the fluffy baked dough, the peanut cream melts from the inside! By being warmed, the cream becomes smoother and entangles with the dough. You can bake bananas and raisins separately and add them later, or you can bake them with bread. The part where the softened banana sticks to the plump dough is also delicious ♪We also recommend a meal-based menu in which "ham and mayonnaise" is soaked in an egg liquid finished with only eggs and milk and baked! Packed lunches come in a variety of flavors, so it would be fun to look for your favorite. Please do try that out.
