The "Meister Cake" series has been announced every season since its opening. This time, colorful cakes of animals are appearing under the theme of the nostalgic and gorgeous circus world.

There are 6 types in the lineup. In the previous term, "Circus leader" (594 yen) with cassis mousse and jelly in chocolate mousse, "Koguma apprentice clown (584 yen)" with rare cheese mousse combined with apples and yellow peach, butter on almond tart "Light jump" (594 yen) with creamed custard and green tea cream, and "elephant ball ride" (573 yen) with raspberry cream, fresh cream and strawberry wrapped in green tea and chocolate sponge in January It is on sale until the 15th.


In the second half, in addition to "Circus leader" and "Koguma apprentice clown", "Attention to top hat" (594 yen), which is Baumkuchen filled with fresh cream and orange, and chocolate mousse and almond praline in raspberry mousse.
