The Christmas flavor "Caramel Croquembouche" will be on sale for a limited time from November 26th with Thirty One Ice Cream. The reference price for a single regular size is 360 yen (tax included, price varies depending on the store, the same applies below).

A flavor inspired by the French confectionery "Croquembouche", which is made by stacking cream puffs in a conical shape and decorating them with candy or caramel. Croquembouche-style ice cream and salted caramel ice cream are combined. You can enjoy the texture with baked confectionery, caramel ribbon, and candy pieces that are inspired by choux pastry.

At the same time, "Happy Doll", which transforms your favorite ice cream into a character, is also a Christmas version only for this season. "Santa", which expresses a white beard with whipped cream, and "Reindeer", which has chocolate weapons on it, will appear. The reference price is 450 yen.


Also, two kinds of "Christmas sundae" are on sale. The lineup includes "Petit Croquembouche" with custard cream puff and caramel sauce, and "Chocolate Noel" with brownies and chocolate flakes. You can choose two of your favorite pop scoop ice creams. The reference price is 550 yen.
