The ramen menu "Onomichi Ramen" is on sale at the sushi chain "Hama Sushi".

The soup is made by adding two types of soy sauce, tamari soy sauce, and kelp soup stock from Setouchi, which is extracted from chicken stock.

In addition, chicken oil (chiyu) is blended with the backfat added to the soup to give it a light and rich flavor, and flat noodles are combined so that the soup is well entwined. The selling price is 380 yen (excluding tax). It will end as soon as it runs out.
