At each Sukiya store, "Shibi Spicy Bean Sprout Gyudon" will be on sale on September 19th. Prices start at 500 yen (tax included, same below). Sale until the end of October.
This is a gyudon made by sprinkling a crispy texture of bean sprout namul with a special chili pepper mix and "spicy sauce" with plenty of pepper. It is characterized by its numbing spiciness and bright red appearance.
The spicy sauce and the umami of beef complement each other. Also, if you like, you can add eggs (60 yen each) and ontama (70 yen) to enjoy a mellow taste.
