This is a combination of salt-free noodles made from Hokkaido wheat and a refreshing soup. You can adjust the spiciness of the soup with the umami and spices of pork extract and kelp extract to your liking with the attached spicy sauce.

■ How to make

1. Put the noodles in plenty of boiling water (1.5L) and boil for about one and a half minutes. 2-3 minutes for those who like softness.


2. Dilute 1 pack of attached soup with 170 ml of cold water.
