At each Sushiro store, a new dessert menu, "Overflowing Matcha Japanese Karon," will be on sale for a limited time from August 1st. The price is 280 yen (excluding tax).

This is a sweet that was especially popular at the pop-up cafe "Sushiro Cafe Department Omotesando Sweets Terrace " that appeared in Omotesando, Tokyo from July 20th to 29th. It was released this time in response to the request that it be sold at Sushiro stores.

Sushiro "Overflowing Matcha Japanese Karon"

"Japanese style" macaroons that are typical of sushi restaurants, using matcha mousse and red bean paste. It is about the size of a fist and has plenty of volume. The pearls inside are represented by white balls in the image of the seashells of the midsummer sea. In addition to the crispy outside and the moist texture inside, you can enjoy the combination of "Japanese" and "Western" such as the chewy texture of white balls.

In addition, 16 types of designs are available for the package that wraps Japanese Karon.
