Rare cheese using "snow salt" from Miyakojima, Okinawa. The salted chinsuko is crushed and spread, and the salt rare cheese dough is combined. The topping on the top is "flower salt whipped cream" with the image of hibiscus.

Western-style Daifuku is a combination of salt chocolate and whipped cream made from snow salt from Miyakojima, Okinawa, and crushed biscuits. The smooth salt whipped cream is accented with the texture of salt chocolate.
