This is a parfait made with raw figs that are full of fragrance. A combination of salted milk ice cream, fig sauce, corn flakes, fig jelly, mint, whipped cream, figs and milk pudding.

For the fig sauce handmade at the shop, we use figs chopped with the skin. It seems to be finished with a refreshing and soft sweetness.
