Avocado restaurant "AVOCADOOO" will open in Ebisu, Tokyo on May 30th.
Avocado offers dishes that use plenty of avocado, also known as "eating serum." The lineup includes avocado toast, which is popular with healthy-minded new yorkers, avocado smoothies that combine avocado with fruits, and guacamole and avocado marinade that you can enjoy with alcohol.

Avocado toast is a creamy and rich avocado with melting eggs, including "THE HEARTBEAT ROSE", which has a gorgeous appearance with "Avocado rose" blooming on a toast with plenty of smooth hummus. Five types are available, including "AVOCAHOP", which has excellent dip compatibility.
