Matcha tiramisu ice is a new cup-type flavor. Strained bean sauce, mascarpone ice, and matcha powder are layered on top of the ice cream mixed with matcha sauce. The price is 159 yen (tax included).

Turn the lid over and you'll see matcha all over. The subtle bitterness, the milky flavor of mascarpone, and the moist sweetness of azuki beans change the tongue. Because the matcha is strong, it has a stronger Japanese taste than tiramisu. You can soak in the taste of matcha that remains in your mouth for a long time.


The texture changes slightly over time. Mascarpone ice that has a crunchy grain of ice but delicately disappears with the heat of the tongue. When it melts, it becomes like a sauce and entangles with red bean paste and ice cream. The cool and smooth mouthfeel is comfortable!


The Tiramisu Ice Bar is the first bar type in the series. Coffee sauce is contained in mascarpone-flavored shaved ice mixed with cocoa cookies. The surface is thinly coated with cocoa-flavored ice cream. The price is 138 yen (tax included).


The coating peels off when you put your teeth on it, and the shaved ice underneath appears immediately. After the cocoa flavor, the richness of mascarpone spreads. Cocoa cookies are a nice accent in the soft and crispy texture. I think it's a role like a tiramisu sponge.


Coffee sauce that overflows from the inside as you continue to eat. Marsala wine is used, and the mellow scent goes through your nose. Moderately bitter and the overall balance is exquisite.


Two sweets shaved ice that skillfully reproduces the deliciousness of tiramisu. Perfect for a snack on a hot day.
