Antenor Ikebukuro Seibu Store Renewal Opening

Antenor Ikebukuro Seibu store reopened on April 26. A new "cheesecake specialty corner" was created. In addition to fresh cakes and baked goods, various cheesecake desserts under the theme of "Cheesecake Party" are available.

Fromage Cube

The signature product is the "Fromage Cube," a two-bite-sized cheesecake sandwiched between cookies. The rich cheesecake, made with Hokkaido cream cheese and a hint of lemon acidity, is sandwiched between buttery cookie dough.

The lineup includes two varieties: plain and bittersweet caramel. The price is 1,350 yen for a pack of 5 plain and 5 caramel cakes (tax not included), and 2,700 yen for an assortment of 10 cakes, 5 of each.

Other new products include "Cheese Fondue Choux" and "Fromage Pudding.

Cheese Fondue Puffs

Cheese Fondue Choux is a savory cookie puff filled with cheese cream and baked to perfection. The cheese cream is combined with egg custard cream. The rich taste of melted cheese fondue is said to be locked in the cream puffs.

Sold in limited quantities twice a day, from 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. The price is 370 yen.

Fromage Pudding

Fromage Pudding is a cheesecake dessert made with a special attention to the smoothness of its texture. This pudding has the mildness and subtle acidity of cheese, accented with a bittersweet caramel sauce. The price is 430 yen.
