The "Niku Sushi Fair", which will be the first since its opening, will be held for a limited time from April 25th at each Sushiro store. Meat sushi "Niku Sushi" is gathered!
The highlight of the fair is the "broiled sirloin" made from aged beef (280 yen, tax not included, same below). This sushi is made from the finest fatty sirloin steak in beef. Carefully roast the meat so big that you can't see the rice, and season it with salt sauce base. When you eat it, the sweetness of the fat melts in your mouth.
In addition, "Kami Calvi" (180 yen) is a dish where you can enjoy the harmony of grilled meat and rice. The rib meat is grilled over charcoal, and the aroma and taste are tightly confined. The sweet and spicy sauce harmonizes with the taste of the meat, and you can enjoy the deliciousness of a yakiniku restaurant.
In addition, a new product "Karaage! Gotchi" (Tokai City, Aichi Prefecture), which won the highest gold award at the "2017 Karaage Grand Prix", is also available (280 yen). A crispy and juicy fried domestic chicken breast seasoned with rock salt and herbs.
The batter is thin and has a crispy, light texture. The meat is fluffy and soft enough to chew. It's salty and refreshing, so it goes well with sushi.
In addition, the lineup includes Yukhoe-style creative sushi "Yukke-style", crispy "Sasami Tempura Nigiri" fried in the shop, and "Kasu Udon" originated in Osaka with deep-fried beef hormones. It is also recommended to put the tempura of scissors in the dregs udon and eat it.
