・ Pavé chocolate Porbolone
A Lloyd's style arrangement of the traditional Spanish baked confectionery "Porbolone". "Raw chocolate [Ore]" ganash is sandwiched in a cocoa dough with a modest sweetness. The price is 160 yen.

・ Hokuhoku Italian chestnut pie
A pie with a crispy texture that is baked with a whole Italian chestnut and a sushi. The finish is icing. The chewy texture and rich flavor of chestnuts go well with the sweetness of koshigyo and the buttery dough. It is delicious with a sense of luxury. The price is 200 yen.


・ Sfogliatella “Sfogliatella” is a baked confectionery that has been handed down in the Naples region of Italy and means “a stack of folds”. The crispy puff pastry contains plenty of cream cheese and candied orange peel cut. The price is 200 yen.
