"T's Parfait Strawberry" and "T's Parfait Cookies & Cream" will be on sale on April 25th at each Tully's Coffee store (excluding some stores). The price is 680 yen each (tax included).

T's Parfait is a Tully's original parfait made by layering 7 kinds of ingredients such as sponge cake, cream, and crispy fiantine, and topped with ice cream and chocolate flakes. The parfait, which was sold last summer (2017) and was very popular, will be joined by new flavors this year.

Strawberry is a "strawberry parfait" that combines strawberry pulp, strawberry sauce, custard cream, and whipped cream. The milky taste of T's ice cream "Strawberry Shortcake", the bitterness of couverture chocolate flakes, and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries will keep you entertained until the end.

Cookies & cream is a parfait made by layering sponge cake, ganache whipped cream, and cocoa crumble, and topped with T's ice cream "cookies & cream". It seems that the flavor of chocolate matches with cocoa crumble and canned almonds.
