The author visited the "Marufuku Coffee Shop Yodobashi" AKIBA "Store" on the 4th floor of "Yodobashi AKIBA" in Akihabara. The puddings were lined up in the showcase near the entrance.



"Special coffee shop specialty pudding" is an "authentic" custard pudding that uses an original caramel sauce with a bitter taste. Fresh cream from Hokkaido, eggs and milk from Shikoku are used.


When scooped with a spoon, it sways like "Fururun". The moment you put it in your mouth, it has a smooth and moderate hardness, but it gradually melts on your tongue. This melting condition is exquisite!


The richness and sweetness of the custard is the crisp and fragrant bitterness of the caramel sauce. The balance of sweetness and bitterness, hardness and smoothness is just right, and it is finished in a highly satisfying dish.


Another "creamy coffee pudding from a specialty coffee shop" is a pudding made from coffee from a Marufuku coffee shop.


A rich coffee flavor is added while maintaining a smooth mouthfeel and milkiness. The bitterness gradually spreads from the depths of the sweetness.
