Tochiotome Strawberry Cream Pudding

The signature "Retro Pudding" is filled with strawberry cream blended with strawberry puree and fresh Hokkaido cream and topped with whole Tochiotome strawberries. It is topped with a whole Tochiotome strawberry. The bright green pistachios add a spring-like color to the pudding, making it a gorgeous limited-time-only pudding. It is served with a generous dollop of the optional strawberry sauce.
