This is a spread of "finely ground" mild KALDI coffee beans added to the cream. It was sold at room temperature at stores (near jam and spread shelves).


It's just called "whipped cream" and the mouthfeel is fluffy. With a mellow mouthfeel, a mellow richness spreads. And when I put it in my mouth, the aroma and bitterness of coffee was fluffy. This is the point of deliciousness!
