"FORMA" is a cheesecake specialty store with its main store in Tezukayama, Osaka. The stores are mainly in Osaka, but also at Tokyo Station.

I found a limited edition product that can be bought only here at the Tokyo Station Gransta store. It is an "original assortment" with a large wooden box that says it is limited to Tokyo Station. The price is 1,944 yen (tax included).


This is an assortment of 6 types of cheesecake. The visuals at first glance are also slightly different. I tried to eat and compare them!


[Cream cheese Norland]
The most "fair" cheesecake. The savory and delicate mouthfeel spreads the flavor of cream cheese. A mellow yet refreshing mouth.


[Karlsruhe]
The surface is crispy and fragrant, and the inside is rich. Rich and creamy anyway! The slight saltiness tightens the taste.


[Tezukayama Fromage]
The moist texture and mellow sweetness are impressive. The graham crackers on the bottom give a nice accent to the whole. It's delicious that it's a signboard product of Forma.



[Emmental]
The fragrance peculiar to Emmental cheese with a fluffy scent. The mild sweetness follows. The hardest of the six types, with a solid mouthfeel.


[Camembert Royale]
A addictive taste that makes full use of the flavor of Camembert cheese. The plump taste fills the mouth. The difference in texture between the smooth cake and the unraveling cookies is also ◎.
