This is a warm cake with a fondant au chocolat style arrangement of old-fashioned cheese souffle cake. There is mascarpone cheese cream in the dough.

The cream inside is very smooth. It didn't overflow like fondant au chocolat, but the sense of unity with the dough is ◎. Overall, it's fluffy, and at worst it seems to be eaten without teeth.
