Nishinippori Boulangerie ianak!
A bakery that you want to go to every day

Ueno's koppe-pan specialty store "iacoupe" introduced earlier. The bread used here is the boulangerie "ianak!" Bread in Nishinippori.

The iacoupe was the best, so the iacoupe bread should be absolutely delicious! When I went to buy it, it was so exquisite that I could even move to Nishinippori ...! Moreover, there are many breads that are full of originality that cannot be found anywhere else, so if you like bread, please come visit us!

◆ Ianak's homemade yeast bread

The name of the owner chef is the origin of the store name Ianak, which makes you feel somehow Scandinavian. Mr. Kanai, so if you read it upside down in romaji, it will be "kanai" → "ianak"!

Such Ianak bread is baked using homemade yeast. We have a rich lineup of breads from side dishes such as quiches and sandwiches filled with meat and vegetables to nostalgic snack breads such as anpan, cream buns, and chocolate cornet.

This time, I bought 4 breads from them and tried them.

・ Pistachio Danish pastry (280 yen, tax not included, same below)
A square bread that combines Danish pastry with chubby pistachio cream and almond cream.

Danish pastry with pistachios

First of all, Danish is the best. It is crispy and delicately unraveled, and the more you chew, the more the umami of butter oozes out.

The deliciousness that melts where the cream is moist and familiar

And plenty of pistachio filling. It's an exquisite taste that you can't tell if it's sweet or salty, and it's insanely delicious! The mellowness of nuts, the aroma of nuts, the richness of the nuts, and the slight saltiness ...? The mysterious taste that goes back and forth between the sweet and salty borderline is exceptional!

・ Bacon epi (208 yen)
Hard dough bread kneaded with olives and smoked bacon. The protagonist is bacon anyway.

Bacon epi

When you bite it, the outside is crispy and the inside is chewy. The bacon is filled with a large number of large fillets, and the chewy bread makes it quite chewy. It feels like bread and juicy meat are being spread at the same time.

The dough is chewy!

And the feeling of smoke is much stronger than I had imagined! An adult bacon epi with a smoky scent that is irresistible for smoked lovers. The olive accent is also heard. It seems to go well with wine.

・ Earl Gray Melon Bread (130 yen)
I bought it because it is a new product. It seems that Earl Gray is kneaded into the fabric.

Earl Gray Melon Bread

The cookie dough is crispy and the inside is fluffy! While leaving the deliciousness of butter-rich melon bread as it is, the elegant scent of Earl Gray and the faint sweetness spread. I think women like this.

・ Blueberry cup (250 yen)
Round bread with Epes cream and plenty of blueberries in a cup-shaped brioche dough. The blueberries that are spread around are like black pearls!

Is it a treasure chest?

The soft and soft dough melts in your mouth and disappears as soon as you chew. The smooth epes cream has a slightly sour taste, and is a nice combination of sweet and sour blueberry fruits and a slightly sweet brioche dough. Sweet bread that looks like a cake!

It's not a big shop, but anyway, there are a lot of delicious breads lined up 360 degrees, so people who visit for the first time may be wondering which one to buy. However, I would be happy if such indecisive time was wrapped in the smell of bread! Why don't you visit and find your favorite bread?
