"Kikyo Shingen Biscuit ", a baked confectionery inspired by the famous Yamanashi confectionery "Kikyo Shingen Mochi", has become a hot topic. ◆ Tasting review

Biscuit dough is baked using domestic wheat and margarine with fermented butter. When you bite into it, it is fragrant and the rich, rich flavor of black honey fills your mouth softly.
