The pancake specialty store "Happy Pancake" will open in Ginza, Tokyo on December 23rd.

The signature menu "Happy Pancakes" is made with additive-free ingredients that do not use baking powder, and is finished with a fluffy texture by a special baking method that takes more than 20 minutes. Enjoy it with homemade Manuka honey whipped butter. The price is 1,100 yen (tax included, same below).


To commemorate the opening, a special menu "Rose and domestic strawberry pancakes" will be sold in advance at the Ginza store from December 23rd to 29th. Homemade sauce of rose petals and plenty of fresh domestic strawberries are used. The mellow rose scent and the sweet and sour taste of strawberries spread throughout the mouth. The price is 1,880 yen (with a set drink).


The store is located on the 7th floor of New Ginza Building No. 10, 5-8-5 Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.
