From Myojo Foods, the cup-yaki udon "Myojo Ippei-chan Yaki Udon Omori Kishu Ume Dashi Soy Sauce Flavor" will be released on January 15th. The estimated price is 205 yen (excluding tax).

This product is a sister product of "Ippei-chan Yoten no Yakisoba" and is a yaki udon that is finished with mayonnaise. Kishu-produced Nanko plums are used in the sauce plum paste, sprinkled plum chips and plum powder.

The sauce is soy sauce with the umami of pork and vegetables. Kishu plum paste is added to the soy sauce sauce, and bonito flakes and plum flavored oil are combined to make the sauce taste soy sauce. With the sweet and sour flavor of plums and the "horse sour" stimulus, you can enjoy the early arrival of spring before the plum blossoms.

With sprinkle of plum chips and plum powder mixed with sesame and chopped seaweed, and plain mayonnaise with richness unique to Ippei-chan.
